Oh my god. Hmm..., it can be good or bad to ban someone for their offensive behaviour but just can't imagine since they wanna earn money from players too. It does seem that they are fair until the point that they do not look at $$$ only :\

So, what are you going to do to get unban?

wow i'm quite interested in this game , but before i'll try i must ask these questions

1.I know it's free to play and you pay for some sort of things , what sort of things is that and how much is it ?

2.Why most people chose to join the Elensomething server ? It's the most smooth or just most people at there .

3.Is there any factions like Good and evil ?

4.I see there are different classes in the game , is there any special of them or just like ordinary D&D class , Warrior , Magician , Cleric , Hunter/Thief ?

Something like this , will ask more if i remember .

i'll take this shot:

1.) basically this game is Free-To-Play, but unlike other famous f2p mmorpg games, like perfect world, ran online, etc, lotro's extra content is only accessible via vip or spending in game point to purchase the content, for example, as of now, there's only 4 regions which is accessible for f2p players. 2 inventory pouches against 5 for vip, no free mounts, gold cap, etc.

2.) at first i didnt choose elendilmir, i go for dwarrowdelf, i joined elendilmir bcos there's a lot of asian players in it. but in fact this isnt all true, as i progressed the number of players are almost the same compared to dwarrowdelf. well, brandywine is highly populated.

3.) yes, freeps and creeps. so there's no pvp in the normal gameplay. but there's pvp in monster play mode, which is accessible via vip only.

4.) apart from normal class(dps, healer, tank), turbine experimented on hybrid class, for example warden, a tank and dps hybrid(just like death knight in WoW), rune keeper(healer and dps hybrid). but both classes are hard to master, and very powerful once you did so.

does it help you?

yeah i was kinda pissed too, cos they straightaway banned me without giving me warning, and it's their fault cos they're not crediting me with the 500tp as promised. so i provoked the gm and i got banned, the day i received my 1st legendary item, daymn!

my ban will be lift after today 12.33pm.

Hmm...that's kinda sux then :\

I thought it should be as good as runes of magic where you can easily see people everywhere and the server can populate more players so that there should be more people instead of like a piece of desert.

Oh well, let's stick to Elendilmir then. Just a matter of time when I will activate my MoM once getting both chars to level 20.

More questions , if i buy the mine of moria expansion pack , which one should i buy ? Us version or Euro version?

I still don't understand the factions thing , let me give a simple example for my questions , in WOW there is Alliance and Hordes , so does LOTRO has something like that ? I only see human and his fellow friends in the race page .

There is no PVP (except PVMP) in LOTRO, so the faction concept does not relevant in this game...this game is almost 100% PVE only...

My advise,

Only spend your TP for riding skill (95tp currently), after you done with lone-land, your toon should be around lv32-35
then get a MoM pack from Offgamers (RM30-RM35 depend on currency).

With the MoM pack u will permanently unlock gold cap, warden and rune keeper, auction house, 5 bags, traits, 30 days of VIP access and 500 TP, create few more toons during VIP period, park there even you are not going to play them now.

Don't spend your TP on unnecessary thing, at least there is quest pack promotion in store. Quest pack you must unlock in end game are Mirkwood (lv60-65 map with Dol Guldur dungeons) and Eregion (School and Library). grab Misty mountain (Helegrod raid), Evendim (Annunimas dungeon) and Enedwaith (For TC daily) too if possible.

Leveling your toon at least to lv50 during VIP period (should be easy enough) then grab Mirkwood quest pack in store. Then you are consider able to access 2/3 of LOTRO end game content.

GLHF :-)

My IGN = Muladdin

95TP is worth instead of traveling around with feets, just my 2 cents anyway.

Thanks for the awesome guide. Yea, I think it is better to save the 95 TP from riding skill for other purpose?
If you have 4 chars, means 95TP x 4 = 380 TP?

That's why I heard many people said it's better to activate MoM after level 20 for both your chars as a free account, so that when you activate your MoM and get 30 days VIP, you can get free riding skill as a VIP member, no need to spend TP.
