just started play LOTRO few day ago,
got a few question,
is it really hard playing as free user ?
why i seldom see anyone else, right now my base at Combe
sometime feel like playing an offline game

Nop. Its really easy as free user especially when you can get TPs with the deeds. Altho going VIP does have its perks.

I think you can see more people in major cities. In your case, try venture further to Bree. Drop a tell to anyone of us listed on the first page if you're playing on Elendilmir. We are quite the talkative bunch

Which server are you on? Some servers can be quite small population wise. Why not join us on Elendilmir. Alternatively you can join a kin, preferably one with the same time zone. Sadly the game can easily be soloed to 75 without any grouping, though the more rewarding/fun quests/instances need to be done in a fellowship. You can contact at Adventurers of Eriador members for an invite to the kin if you're on Elendilmir.

start build up a friend list
go to major city, combe is starting point for everybody so most player are not there.

which server are you on ? sometimes its due to different time zone thats why you seldom see anyone online.

Most of us are in Elendilmir which is the "unofficial" Asian / Australia server.

We had a GA Red Maid instance session last night. During that we also had a practice on Fellowship Maneuver aka Conjunction (CJ). It was fun learning and everyone had a good laugh... unfortunately we didn't have a burg in the party, so couldn't initiate CJ that much.

so, anyone new to this lotro forum, come and join us in the game, at elendilmir server,... and err, pls roll a burglar... haha... j/k .. roll anything you want that suits your playstyle...

In case you guys didn't know, go to the Festival Tree in shire or the Festival site above bree for the festival quests. I'll gladly guide you in the Haunted Burrow. =D
