QUOTE(edwardgsk @ Nov 3 2010, 11:04 PM) No really heavier also. If you compare 70200 to those primes you need to cover that range, 85mm+105mm+135mm+185mm+200mm together, which one weights more? Become commando carry those lens at your belts? QUOTE(superb88 @ Nov 3 2010, 11:11 PM) Anybody has back rubber grip peeling off on D90? I got mine for only 6 mths, and its peeeling of beginning at the corner at the AE/AF L button. Should i go 2 nikon service centre 4 it? Any repair for that? How much it cost? any1 can help? RM50 or something if not mistaken, can't remember. It happened to mine, I just superglue it back. LOL.

^ If I really need to carry that much lens, its either 70200 or just 1 single lens. Maybe the 85 .

^ AFAIK the rubber part for lens is not covered. Means, have to pay if want to replace it. Recently friend's 24-70 f/2.8G the rubber started peeling, and he wanted to send to Nikon but they said have to pay to change the rubber. The lens still under warranty.

QUOTE(zackskate666 @ Nov 4 2010, 01:10 PM) no charge..i even send my 70-200 for lens barrel cleaning(i see a lot of particle inside the barrel, and also suspect a little of fungus infection)..the clean it for free and even calibrate it with my d300.. When was this? and which service center? I think I'll send mine for servicing right before the warranty ends.

QUOTE(KTCY @ Nov 5 2010, 08:36 AM) How you know it's good ? Looks only I also can feel it's good la Wait until you play only say la. If between 622 n SB-700, still need to ask meh ? Price also different already QUOTE(geekster129 @ Nov 5 2010, 09:44 AM) I bought at J-One Amcorp Mall at RM3,300 nett. You want an even cheaper price tag? Added on November 5, 2010, 9:50 amyour photo is taken at 70mm f/5.3 0.62s ISO 500. Exposure wise is good. Based on the shutter speed, I assume that the lighting there is not bright enough (where was that place?). I may be wrong. (you got a very steady hands there,. ) Hmm... when I first see the pic, I felt that something is wrong with the composition, white balance comes second. He probably rested the DSLR on the same platform the slippers is rested on.

King lens sure comes with a 'king' price . With new bodies coming out, I don't think f/4 gives that much problem in low light condition... 16-36 f/4 VR during PC Fair.

QUOTE(ifaaan @ Nov 6 2010, 10:06 PM) Is it me or is there a sudden soft spot towards the left along a vertical path where the tower is. looks like it gets sharper again towards the edge. Agreed, somehow it seems to be soft at the corner but becomes sharper at the extreme corners.
