my HD7 can't detect by my laptop although USB has been plugged in

u have to install Zune due... i strongly advise u to read ya user's manual before u make a comments here.

if u dont install zune, the driver is not installed

yes... its like email. at when u wanna select someone at contact.... click on their most left side of their name... then u will see a box come out with a tick. tick all those contact u want to send and it will send as multiple contact.


in mango.. u can group some contact below to certain group and send thru group name.

can't oh. messaging > (+) > top right (+) > then click on the left grey box of the contact, nothing respond.

nope... was my mistake... guess u have to keep touching the "+" everytime for a new contact. :-p

i usually type the name one after another... the phone will display list of suggested contact matching each letter u type... its much faster than having to go thorugh list of contact and tick one by one... atleast i feel that way

Mango is the latest update after NoDo update. It alter a lot of changes in the mobile function. Sadly it till now still not available except for developers.

Maybe your Zune is updating itself to the latest firmware. Just let it update itself. If ur phone doesn't recognize by the computer at first, try restarting both computer and ur phone
