Now I only have 1 worry, it's the Zekrom... It's the crap which you must capture the Zekrom, and can't defeat it and leave it for later use. I'm going to get stuck there soon because of my perfectionism.

I knowthat very well, stuck at Zekrom for 3 days looking for perfect IV in Attack,HP, and Speed.... But managed to get perfect hp but sucky attack... then it's the other way around.. try again... try again...

Until I gave up and got an Adamant Zekrom with not bad but not great IV in HP and Attack.

Well, I think you can knock out Zekrom and find it post game in Dragon Spiral tower. Not confirmed first hand.

For me, when I was battling N, I took the time to check out it's stat using this http://pokemon.marriland.com/stat and hunt for the max stat.

Worked.

I never bother with legendary IV (uber) most of the time. as it is banned thru most servers. Unless you going for VGC 1 : ).
And again, You must capture Zekrom lol. if you kill him ...you can catch him back like Victini

how do you check iv thru battle? and what's VGC?

VGC = video game championship . It has it own set of rules....

I take 4 pokemon, and talk to double train, den check the stats

You only won't get egg if the old man says the two pokemon rather play with other pokemon. Other than that is possible.
