Ubers are never allowed in a pokemon tournament... Whether rules set by ppl or the game... you tried using ubers in battle frontier?

I still don't get the IV thing... Can anyone explain plz?..
reading the guide is too confusing...

Cuz... Counting my IV of Attack of my "caught at the start of the game" Sawk... I get ~30
o.0... Isn't that like, nearly 31?!?

I have a question... Can a pokemon have 2 abilities?
I'm trying to catch Munna with Syncro but some appears to have Forewarn instead. Will it (Forewarn Munnas) also have Syncro as a secondary ability?
