I am on Silver. Did you downloaded it on Sep 1 when the game first came out? i believe capcom pulled the asia region version for DR:Case Zero because there was a glitch on the build.
i think its reported in Kotaku. |

The game has been IP region locked after the first day, so it's not that its not available in Singapore, just that.. it's locked, and we cant get to it anymore. Find a VPN I guess.
