so wat was the top speed u reached? i never had the heart to press it.... cos worried getting summon and ...i notice persona has power... but with great power...comes greater fuel consumption .h.ahaha

highest i reached 140 .. at MEX highway.. but just for tat few minutes run.. 1/8 of fuel gone..

usually petronas syntium 800... rm97... some does give shell.... not sure about the rest but those PESC.. i seen them just pour all in

yeah.. tat's wat i m aiming to do..... since shell helix ultra is not tat much expensive thanks to carrefour and tesco..hehe

hoho i m wasting the oil.. at my 5k service i changed to Full synthetic....hahaha bought extra .. might as well use it rather then pay rm97 again for semi lube...

Shell Helix Ultra ... cheap in tesco and carrefour... i dont mind spending a lil more

there are many more test out there ... but since among that long list of good oil.. i can only manage to find the cheapest is shell helix ultra..

ya... agree... they actually extracted from an independent article... i forgot where's the link.... they even have detailed test on torque and horsepower at different rpm for each type of oil.. and yes the list of oil they test is longer.... this website truncated abit already..
but again..haha might not be true also....ahaha but i think is safe to say.. fully synthetic at least better then semi synthetic?.

How's the colour of the oil like.... still just brownish or is dark? haha i did do some research..from my undetrstanding, those stuff tat can be picked up by the oil filter.....arent exactly related to engine oil... is more to surrounding containments (for eg air) ...haha
not sure though ... but did read that even normal filter .. wont get blocked even after running more then 20k ... (but i dont believe. ) haha
tat's y i have the weird idea.. should i get the magnetrap? hehe since it is just one time deal....

yes it will.. magnet tends to .... lose it magnetism ..when exposed long to heat.. but the material it uses .... last longer.. the normal magnet.. but at limited heat...200C or 300C .... i think tat area ..... wont be that high i guess. if it is tat high.. wouldnt.. the engine block itself overheat first? hehe....

I m not too sure about this... need to ask other people here who have tried it.... theoretically speaking this doesnt sound like it will be better then those plugged directly to the battery... if u check your manual u will notice.. our in-car charger slot... has a fuse of about 5A or 10A... check again the aircon compressor for example.. i htink is either 20A or 30A..... the reason y voltage drop is becos for tat short period of time.. when aircon compressor ..or etc runs ... it might drain much more current to start.. .but battery cant supply enuff current to it in tat short period to hold the voltage of the whole system... there is where Voltage stabilizers come in.. it helps provide the additional current that is need....(helps abit i think)...so if this thing is suppose to provide the extra current... if it is inside the car.. it might be limited to how much it can supply...

oops .. too technical? hhehe sorry... just been researching about VS for sometime... installed a DIY from erictioh last month... did some "testing" etc .... hahaha but i think i should flood this forum with what i think i found out about VS ....haha

haha .... another hard question .. to u.... if u were to make a choice again... 1VS+GC first.. or 2VS ..... ? hehe i m considering.. so far i only installed 1 VS .... personally.. it doesnt help much ... yet.... i tested with my voltmeter for the voltage drop.. there is still a significant drop.. of until 10~11V the moment aircon compressor kicks in sometimes....(so i m still experiencing the annoying... light dimming effect.. whcih is the main reason y i installed this vs)

next time it happens.. do me a favor.. try press the buttons to change channel.. see can it work... mine cant at all... as though "hang" like tat....
