Haha ... i m considering.. gonna get my VS next week.... gonna ask him check my car grounding condition first... somehow my physics tell me..... VS should be more important in the problems tat i wish to solve.. but ya..grounding is important to be considered as well..haha

Oh i have been to jalan 227 before... but we warned... tat is a big service center... branch type.... so at times it would be very crowded... dont be angry if u have to wait long ..... my rules of thumbs to plan my time... in these big service center.....(branch type where u can see awfully alot of peopel queueing up)
1) Routine service (change engine oil type ) .... plus 1 hour
2) Waiting time for ur car to be service .
.(if you are among the first few .. perhaps 3 or 5. depending on their numer of mechanics) - wait 30 minutes before they start to work on ur car
... if ur appointment is at around 10... then please expect to wait up to 1 hour before they start to work on your car ( some peopel car got more problem...they might take longer time solving them)
3) For every single complain u file... prepare to add 40 minutes to the service time...more complain more longer lorr u must wait ...

well.. these are just my personal expectation when i send my car go service in these branch ... ( went to 4 already so far....hahaha so far the rules of thumbs hold for me )

first of all......is kinda hard to find persona already .. now is all persona elegance.... persona no longer in production since half a year ago
so i think u cant choose between them..... then IAFM is on top of DOHC
DOHC is the engine.. IAFM is the addon to control the airintake ... why? to improve performance.. cos early DOHC campro... have this torque lag around 2k ~ 3k rpm
so again.. now all also IAFM u cant choose again

FC .....haha city drive... u will cry.... if alot of stop mvoe traffic.. be prepare .. my own experience... about rm40 just for abotu 200km sometimes rm50 ..haha
for highway... not bad...... about rm45 for 380 km ... yes .. tat's double.. haha cos the car is heavy....

yes .. i notice this long ago ... too rajin wash car already.. i also cehcked liek wat u did... doesnt seem to have any gap...
but i think at least ... raining time water never go in..... to the thing block i guess... water only came in cos. i splash water (high volume of it from a hose) to it directly...
perhaps we should avoid doing tat .... ? (pss.. i doubt those SC people can fix... this kind of thing....i am worry they might make it worse)

u have the exact though i have !!! maybe not design flaw... maybe .. is assembly flaw?... thsi kind of things.. if 1 robot screw up.. the entire batch will screw up...hahaha.... i doubt the SC would have precision hands to fix it .. no point laa .. thank god proton tak kedekut .. got give the visor...haha

i) When u just start ..? ya i heard mine for awhile....... as for after shutdown engine.... got knocking sound... is it after a relatively long drive? engine still hot.. metal sound i guess.... i think some other cars also i have heard the same thing ...

hmm did some calculation myself.. not very sure is it correct.. seems like i might need more VS perhaps?

DIY VS = 96000uf
charge it holds a time, Q = CV = 96000uf x 12 = 1.2Coulomb
if our car suddenly drain alot of current for 0.5 seconds ... tat means 1 VS can provide I = Q/t = 1.2/0.5 = 2.4Ampere
1 VS can supplement about 2.4Ampere when suddenly demand for power is needed.. (when aircon kicks in.. etc)
Is this sufficient to compensate the lag in alternator and battery for the 0.5 seconds? our aircon compressor runs on .... err rating 20Ampere right?

..hehe sorry about the maths.. been trying to guess why didnt 1 VS show much improvement on my ride... besides maybe poor grounding....
