QUOTE(huey80 @ Mar 28 2011, 12:25 PM) U guys use magic mist like it's free izzit? i only use when they hv skin prob...kiakiakiakia The best I found out on using magic mist is when combing them. It helps control static and comb out tangles easier. Plus the fur gets softer/smoother/silkier wats the mushroom extract for? prevent cancer ah? i thot humans only got this product tim.. Is shiny syrup effective? SUmmer can finish 1 big pack of kibbles in a month. Yea shiny syrup actually need lesser and the result see faster. But similar to eye vita, its supplement, it may comes back. You can try magic mist, it can control tearing according to the label. Just spray the eyes and face. Hazel is eating more then 10kg per month. Added on March 28, 2011, 2:45 pmmushroom extract.. long name: Natural Pet Mushroom Extract deodorant tablet.... eliminate unpleasant odors naturally.. control foul breath, body odor, urine odor, fecal odor~ (direct copy from the packing) I tried this with my Cooper, his pee is smelly plus his coat is long, so easily absorb the pee smell. Taken this supplement, it improves a lot, not that smelly anymore. This post has been edited by iluv2zzz: Mar 28 2011, 02:46 PM |

QUOTE(huey80 @ Mar 28 2011, 11:21 PM) yeah..not just heartgard, vaccines too gonna increase in price.. I would say it depends on the digestion of individual dog, but generally ok for Nutriedge, no complains on smelly poo. My beagle's poo is the smelliest of all but still acceptable for me. Last CNY I got dogs came for boarding, they eat in various brand, and the paling i tak tahan is science plan and eukanuba. Customers also got complain smelly poo on orijen & ANF, addiction porchetta (but I don't have the issue when I was feeding this)...Yenlu, nutriedge kibbles, poo poo smelly or not? smelly here means whole shop can smell and u will vomit! fine print can grooming price increase? |

QUOTE(scorpgal @ Mar 30 2011, 09:13 PM) Hi all,My poodle is male and his name is Maloney. I dont think it is because my bed or towel make him skin sensitive cause i just bought him home on this monday all my bed is new and clean, just visit a vet in Bandar Puteri, Vet said he infected those skin sensitive from the breederhouse environment . Honestly i saw the breeder house not that good. yea, like I said, Maloney was soaked in pee that causes those pimples.. just keep him clean from now, he will be ok The vet gave him medicine to eat for twice a day, besides that i found his one side ear got a big kutu, was really shock when i found. i faster told vet about this. The vet applied frontline (RM 24) on him. In addition, the vet help my poodle pull all his hair inside his ear hardly. he was really hurt. he kinda raugh on him. isnt before pull the hair need to apply some powder in order to get not that hurt. was pity for him though. Total cost me over hundred plus a bottle of sampoo for him..but is worthy for get rid of flea and bump. |

QUOTE(scorpgal @ Mar 31 2011, 09:21 AM) Generally, any brand should be ok. You should concern if you are able to do it yourself. ^^ Normally, we groomer do use a forcep to pull the hair to minimize the pain. It should be accurate or you may hurt the ear fold if you do wrongly |

QUOTE(Syrian @ Apr 7 2011, 10:34 PM) bought a toy poodle puppy last night and jz spent RM218 at the vet ... why buy a sick puppy? How many dogs do u hv now oh ... btw long time no see haha..1) checked for parvo virus but found out the puppy is infected with canine corona virus 2) a lot of "drandruffs" on his body -> FLEAS ... damn it !! 3) just found out there's a bald patch at his hind leg which I suspect is the cause of the fleas ... (jz found out after i came back home from the vet) damn Added on April 7, 2011, 11:36 pm QUOTE(lv-nana @ Apr 7 2011, 12:30 AM) an experienced groomer told me b4 that shaving is nt good for puppy hair.........trim with scissor is the best way, but it takes more time Shaving is not 100% necessary. Regular trimming will improve the coat texture too. This post has been edited by iluv2zzz: Apr 7 2011, 11:36 PM |

QUOTE(Syrian @ Apr 8 2011, 09:20 PM) if i shave my little puppy bald, will this help in getting rid of the fleas ?? Coz if bald, I can catch the ticks easily. What about fleas? very hard to catch fleas, they move around too fast sometimes.. you can try using frontline that is safe for puppies. Put shaving bald to last resort..... its not necessary. Soak your dog in shampoo for few minutes usually works, but may need repeat usage. This post has been edited by iluv2zzz: Apr 8 2011, 10:57 PM |
