You may need to go SBB branch and fill the form for Direct Access Internet Banking, they will send you a user id and password within 10days. I just did it few day ago, still waiting for the user id.

You can now store your favourite accounts for 3rd party and IBG fund transfers

QUOTE
You can now transfer funds quickly by registering your frequently used account numbers in the newly introduced 'My Favourite Accounts'. This new enhancement is applicable for both 'Transfer Funds to Other CIMB Bank Accounts' and 'Transfer Funds to Other Banks'. TAC is required only once for account registration. Subsequent transfers to your favourite accounts will no longer need TAC. Please click the below links on how to store your favourite accounts.

I use Public Bank, Hong Leong, Standard Chartered & Citibank.

I think the most secure (between above) is Citibank LOL....

Also, I have account with eTrade (US Bank to withdral my Paypal fund),
their internet banking also not bad.

You can also pay PB CC with Maybank2u Interbank Fund Transfer. Use the CC number as the account number. Of course, you're subjected to the RM2 transaction fee.
