Maybank2u...?
Haha, share a story here.. I'm using maybank2u since 1 month ago...
Everything works fine, one day, can't login using my username/password... decided to call the number on the screen...
And out of all things, the number that I called didn't offer any options for me to enquire/reset my username/password...And they didn't even offer and option for me to talk to their customer service personnel...
So why on earth in the first place you put a number there and said (Please call this xxx if you forget your password...) ...
I'm like HSBC UK online banking... very good in term of interface and very user friendly... safer...
Convenient, shows all the details for each transactions

It's there. After u select ur language, select 2 for ATM,
Maybank2u and Mobile Financial Services.......then press 99 for customer service.

Im fed up with cimbclicks
1.They don't update their Successful Transactions list. Status of an interbank transfer of more than a week is still "Accepted For Processing". I messaged them via Message Centre to confirm the payment, it went through but I still need to confirm the receiving party. So, no screenshots for me.
2. As I was typing a message in their message centre, i was automatically logged off.
Interbank works like TT. As u make ur transfer, it shows Accepted because they wired the fund to the other bank 1st. The other bank will then process these txns and posted into into intended acct at a later time as per each bank's practice. That status will not change since there is no mechanisme for receiving bank to reply back to sending bank. Why u may ask? I check with one bank its probably due to some legal acy that protects the account holder's txn record. But sayng yes, we have credited to this acct is like revealing account holders txn record to a third party.
Whats the fuss. Just go check ur acct txn after one or two days. If there is any saying inward giro rtd then u know that receiving bank rejected ur txn. If nothing, then everything's fine.

Yeap, they're. Got press release somemore.
Stitchy(R) w/o stitches
I did some checking with Maybank Customer Care. They implemented TAC since May 2004. That only for high risk txns such as fund transfering and prepaid pchase. Only last year they xtended to all financial txns as required by BNM.
