QUOTE(Babizz @ Nov 7 2014, 07:39 AM) U think BJ Pavilion can succeed with luxury brands? I think both BJ n Dsara Heights won't be even half as successful as Pavi KL.. IMHO, I'm willing to bet that IOI City mall will be more successful than Pavi BJ any argument points why IOI city mall will be more successful then PBJ ? |

below from PTLM:-
FLASH NEWS ::: Happy Tuesday. PTLM understands that an international architecture practice who designs malls for the largest mall operators in the world has been engaged as the lead designers for the upcoming Pavilion Bukit Jalil Regional Mall, which will be built as part of the 60-acre Bukit Jalil City integrated mixed development. The destination shopping mecca is expected to be almost 3 times the size of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and will distinguished itself from other malls in the region. According to OSC check, Pavilion Bukit Jalil Regional Mall is expected to be 10-storey high, including 5 levels of podium carpark and facilities amongst others. According to a source: "We believe the mall will be managed by 'Team A' of Pavilion Retail. That simply tells us the focus given by top management about how much success they want to do here." PTLM recently shared in advance about the prospects of investing in Bukit Jalil and the Bukit Jalil City masterplan. These sharing sessions were well received by attendees. ----------------------- Anyone know what is the name of the architect firm ? |

QUOTE(chicargo @ Dec 17 2014, 07:30 PM) Pros of staying in sovo: trying to imaging a resident going up to swimming pool in swimsuit using the lift with others in suit and tie.... -Can enjoy peaceful swimming session on weekends and evenings, not too many people around. -Offices (hopefully) can afford to pay maintenance fees timely, better security Cons: -People coming in and out of office during working hours. Lift occupied m2c |
