What I understand since last year, Ho Hup is planning to build :-
62 units of strata commercial lots
2 Sevice Apts - indicative 700-720 / sf
1 SOVO
1 Corporate Tower

Wat else can they build in this 10 acres of land? Where to build extra SOVO?

Many prominent developers are doing the same thing.
For this kind of price, it is very fair for a name called "HO HUP"

Imagine a place like Taman Wahyu also can sell at 650/sf under the name of "SP SETIA (Shadow)", this HH SOVO price is indeed quite cheap.

if AURORA SOVO is under SPS. price will definitely 20% more (and fully Sold also)!!

Indeed I dun reckon to buy HH service apt (if price more than 700/sf), IMO BJ highrise is oversupply already, looking at the current new supply in the last 3 yrs, I believe it is enough for the mkt to consume till 2020.
Rental rate is relatively low compared to MK, wait patiently for subsale mkt in Covillea and The Treez, could hv some good bargains
