why everyone think theres a pavillion 2 in bj. please dont mislead others like how i thought there will be a pavillion in bj. its malton project call bukit jalil city managed by pavillion n not pavillion.

1. Malton owns it
2. Malton builds it
3. There is a Mall in Jalil City

Malton has not named the Mall so far, thus you may say any name that we call it is also misleading, such as "P2", "Bkt Jalil Mall", "BJ Regional Mall" etc.
I hv a feeling that this Bkt Jalil "P2" is greater than Pusat Damansara Pavillion 2

will there be any other shoplot launching in the area of P2 besides Malton, hohup and the earth ?

I think is no more, what I know is hohup shoplot is fully sold out, but malton not sure really
Maybe the earth and alam sutera?

But the aurora place is not really a shoplot, it is consider as retail lot or hybrid mall, owner will suffer if hohup does not manage it well

The relatively cheap price of Aurora place is bcoz they are not a conventional shop.

There is almost 1M price difference with the same build up and levels between Aurora Place and Malton, what is the justification ?

Chief, when Aurora shoplot launched, P2 news already out, just dunno the master plan yet, thus dunno the exact location of the Mall.
