No ground floor... yes when it was under the old plan.

Under revised plan, the 3 storey ground floor is same level with the 4 & 5 storey. The whole ground floor initially kept by developer is now being pushed down to lower ground.

Supermarketbwill be at lower ground. 3 storey ground is on top which is same level as 4 n 5 storey ground.

So from the back door of 3 storey ground u can walk to 4 storey or 5 storey ground . Same level. Plan changed early this year.

do u think aurora better or M one better? Aurora is visible from existing road, lesser unit with 3 office towers on top.

M one got road access n look more like traditional shop. Closer to mall. Classy design.

And let me ask you a question, if there is no so called Pavillion 2, are you still interested in buying Aurora place? tongue.gif

Aurora place will be completed by Nov 2016 but i bet Pavillion 2 may only commence construction in 2016. So there is a gap of 3 years apart.. so good or not i also don't know woh.. rclxub.gif

It could be a compliment to Aurora in term of getting the cloud into the area when there is a 'Pavillion 2' around, or it could also be an negative impact in term of having a choice of a much bigger mall next door for shopping, i think it purely depends on the concept of Aurora is going to have (or it depends of its Feng Shui). But having said that, I don't think HoHup is the one who control the concept/tenancy since most of the units are individually owned except for lower ground floor.

......btw, the more successful Hybrid Mall that i have seen is Sunway Giza.

Hard to say. Good thing abt this aurora is it has 3 blocks of office towers on top of it. Also has access road n exposure from bj highway n existing road.
