QUOTE(TripleJ104 @ Oct 23 2010, 07:13 AM) Cannot use yellow color fog light aaa? HID is not really good in heavy rain/fog. The standard foglight is too small, not bright and 'wide' enough, more like a cosmetic thingy. |

QUOTE(4lenAngel @ Oct 25 2010, 12:09 PM) Sifu's here... Recommended for CPS is 10w30 (if not mistaken), but I'm using 5w40 and satisfied with it.I want to ask something about the engine oil.. Im currently driving gen2 cps. My 1st service i used shell semi syn 10w-40 for my car. I think its good..less noise and good performance. thn 2nd service i used petronas fully syn 15w-50. I feel the noise is lousy n also the performance is not up to satisfaction..going to do my 3rd 10k service now.. Just want to know if its recommended to use the 5w-40.(petronas syntium 3000) |

QUOTE(TripleJ104 @ Oct 25 2010, 07:17 PM) Wakakaka... My next car (maybe after 2015 Bro zuma dah tawar hati dgn cps ke? Ok la upgrade to inspira..i do think it worth it because it price. For me after waja loan setteled im will be looking a "green car". Thinking about prius.. QUOTE(DaBestOne @ Oct 25 2010, 08:15 PM) Braking is not affected. Anyway, I found out that I tend to drive more aggressively when the ABS is working compared when its not (ABS light on). Maybe what I read about ABS few years back that it give 'impression' that the car is safer to be driven fast tend to be true QUOTE(mrl @ Oct 25 2010, 09:35 PM) no la... only that the ABS will not help you in emergency... brakes still function properly... Get the Fiesta. Cheapest dual clutch (DSG) fitted car in the market zuma, why not go for 2.0??? got paddle shifter some more... everyday drive like f1... lucky it's not real sequential... that CVT in inspira is virtual how many speed?? QUOTE(kobe10 @ Oct 26 2010, 12:11 AM) if the abs malfunction, can take it out? 6000 is really must well upgrade the brake to mitsubishi or some other performance slotted and holes one then use expensive brake pads also not so expensive... crazy... ABS in Waja tend to have this problem after 3-4 years (most of my friend got this problem). Hot CPS engine and also removing header heatshield may contribute to faster malfunction in my case.QUOTE(zenwarlord @ Oct 26 2010, 08:48 AM) I don't see the point of using CVT in an aggressive looking Inspira (Lancer) since its more to comfort than spirited. |

Even with lightening stuff such as LCP, light weight rim etc, you may get higher FC since you'll be more addicted to rev the engine. True story.

QUOTE(mrl @ Oct 30 2010, 11:17 PM) if cannot claim i'll ask them to be responsible and we might have another tribunal case in here laaaa Solution: Oil Catch Tank. but on the other hand, i was shocked when i see the messy engine... touch the mess, dang it's oil... i guess it might be the switch is causing the leaks... got to check tomorrow morning if it's still leaking... the problem is it only leaks whenever i run the engine through high speed... been like that since I bought the car... |

QUOTE(kobe10 @ Nov 3 2010, 04:48 PM) Is it good to use short shifter? Because now when i shift, i almost hit the arm rest.. if shorter, i scarred i will bang it. Find a shop that offers short shifter 'mod' instead of changing the 'stick' to shorter ones. I done mine at RACE. Same lever height but shorter throw.QUOTE(Azuma-kun @ Nov 3 2010, 08:48 PM) Yes, need to custom. I plan to add diffuser at front and rear but need to check first whether it's match or not I'm still looking for rear diffuser. IMO, if you want to put rear diffuser, it will be nicer if there is no rear lips as it will make it looks crowded. |

QUOTE(voon25 @ Nov 6 2010, 11:18 AM) i wonder why you still get waja instead of inspira at this time ? No offence, just curious. Even my CPS already 6 months old, my friends started teasing me whether regret not waiting for the inspira. For me, i like the car for the price i pay, just started to worry after reading few probs in the thread. Still a nice car to drive. Mine is almost 3 y.o. but even if I'm still looking for a ride, spending 80k on a car is really out of my budget. The 18k difference is a lot for me. But I'm willing to spend 80k for a turbo Exora. |

QUOTE(mrl @ Nov 10 2010, 11:22 PM) i got one question... Its a sign that you 'need' to upgrade to slotted Brembo disc. when doing high speed braking (it's over 100km/h) the steering vibrates... vibration is quite strong... but when the speed slow down below 100km/h the vibration gone completely... the vibration doesnt change the direction of the car or cause me difficulties in handling the car at straight... is it a sign of the disc is giving up??? or something else is making trouble?? |

QUOTE(kobe10 @ Nov 11 2010, 08:40 AM) How much is the slotted brembo disc? Anyone tried chasing Honda Civic 2.0 fd? Last night played with one, 2 minutes sapu him by choosing the correct route. The idiot keep slip here and there overtake cars, i just vroooom .... byebye... hahahaha... funny I dislike chasing/racing with others. Most of the time I only speeding when the traffic is clear. Its not that I didn't trust my skill/car, just don't trust other drivers/car. |

QUOTE(R.Y.D.E.C.K @ Nov 16 2010, 01:10 PM) my abs didnt light up for more than a month... Usually when I push the engine to redline, it will immediately turned on. But on my journey yesterday, no lights although I push my car quite often especially from Lipis-Gua Musang stretch because of overtaking. |

QUOTE(leslie27 @ Nov 16 2010, 01:42 PM) For me, my ABS light lights up whenever I turn off the main headlamps. I found out that this was after installing the headlamp booster relay cables. We're still trying to experiment with the grounding of that relay cables as we notice that if it was connected away from the fuse box, the light doesn't show up that often. Yeah,if I'm remember correctly, the error message stated by the PDT is 'low voltage reading from sensor'. It might had something to do with the voltage/grounding.Bizzare... QUOTE(eastwest @ Nov 16 2010, 02:01 PM) RM80 for balancing+camber nut+alignment. It very much helps because my car pulled quite hard to the left when driving. Actually, I should change it the moment I change to larger rims and lower suspension since the standard nut cannot adjust my camber properly. |

QUOTE(singchaii @ Nov 16 2010, 09:49 PM) I can tell you why. It because of wheel slip. When ever we redline either is high torque or driving fast, the wheel will slip. Once the wheel slip mean 4 abs sensor is in incorrect reading parameter so the abs light turn 'on'. I tested this with different tyre but same size. Once I using S-drive now, it have less wheel slip and I didn't facing abs light turn on although I driving redline or fast. You've got a point there. Thinking back about it, this light started to come out very often after I change to A-Drive from Falken 912. But its rainy during my drive to KB so by logic, should have more wheel spin. QUOTE(singchaii @ Nov 17 2010, 08:01 AM) AFAIK, the concept is the same, but different method. They were using solenoids to control the valve lift instead of cams, thus providing a continuous variable lift instead of just two stage. |

QUOTE(ahpaul82 @ Nov 18 2010, 10:21 PM) Why not? But at what cost? Re-flashing isn't cheap since the equipment is expensive. Been discussing this with 'someone' from the Waja thread and in the end, he only do re-flashing for 4g18 since got better market and cheaper equipment. |
