but yeah, i gotta agree that losing weight slowly is better for health. drastic weight loss, especially on a starvation diet can shut down your metabolism and wreck your thyroid. AND give you all that loose excess skin cos your body had no time to adapt to all that drastic change.
im no expert on cosmetics and beauty.... but keep at the weight training to help tone and tighten, and if you have any stretch marks from being overweight previously, creams and lotions should improve your condition.
and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! 45kg in 2 months is impressive and i can imagine the amount of hard work and determination you've set your heart to
