driver from DVD vs driver from ASUS website? tongue.gif
*
not much diff...

take my N81Vp for eg... the laptop was released in Apr 2009... all the driver update stopped from Sept 2009 onwards...

anyway, have been hunting driver since day 1... so not much diff to me whether Asus update their page or not...

processor --> i5 is better

graphic --> ati hd 4670 is better..
*
CPU - disregarding HTT, 450M and P8700 are roughly the same...

GPU - GT 335M > HD4670

warranty - Dell on-site, Asus default 2yrs

honestly the hype abt Core i is juz overrated...

well, honestly i ve always been a fan of WD as well...

but i am willing to risk it this time for the sake of performance... laugh.gif

besides, Momentus XT is the highest end of Seagate's 2.5" product line... should be better... hopefully... smile.gif

well, the HDD is the same for XT and 7200.x series (less the cache, 32MB vs 16MB)... main difference is juz the SSD...

not every app needs Turbo Boost to work more efficiently...
