Well compared to 1st half..passing is now more accurate..attacking is much smoother..and Maxi is totally a different player from Sunday...

BTW..isn't it about time Pacheco gets some play time?

on a serious note, may i know how did joe cole performed?

cause i personally think he was is the answer for Liverpool should they beat birmingham last week

did not watch the match
but i always like this guy, i wanted him to join Arsenal before tongue.gif
so how was his overall contribution?
i am expec him to make some runs and some dribbling, the spark to liverpool attack

I feared for the worse when lucas came on for babel. And i was right. Within minutes of coming on, a foul near the box. But surprisingly, he scores minutes later.

Our play was better after the penalty though. First half was so-so

Joe Cole played very well in my opinion. Making runs and good passes

not much of dribbles but great unexpected and creative passes.
overall, i'd rate him at 8/10.
he did play a big role in bringing up the tempo of the game.

nice!

All the focus is on Cole, eh? No one praising Maxi and Spearing? I thought both of them did very well. Maxi was great in the 2nd half and spearing looks comfortable with the ball.

And for N'Gog, needless to say, he is a totally different player from last season. Terrific form!

I think alot of ppl overlooked Kelly too.
He did such a great job down the right flank.
I'd say he's much more solid compared to Johnson's performance last week.

Actually every player had a good 2nd half...except Babel.
I never think he plays well as LW and tonight he did nothing to change my mind. More than often he wandered around to the center area trying to score, leaving the left flank to just Konchesky to spray crosses.
With Ngog in sparkling form, Babel has even less chances to play as striker...hmm his future in Anfield doesn't look good..
