hai, just want to ask all Asus users opinion, it is worth for me to purchase the g53JW compare too G73??
*
What is your main aim for your future notebook? Mobility or . . . ?

Asus G53 IMHO is a decent gaming notebook too. It has the latest Fermi GPU by NVidia. Nevertheless, it is still a new GPU in the market. Thus, there are some potential buyers out there who are waiting for the benchmarks to come out 1st before they start to invest on this G73 junior. biggrin.gif

Yeah I was thinking of that too but I'm afraid my G73JH might become a distribution Kiosk for free softwares, LMAO! We could plan for something like that and probably drag Jeffrey's butt back down here to join us tongue.gif
Like Jefferey said it really depends on your requirements and preferences. I am an ATI fanboy even though they failed me this time with the 5870 of the G73JH but they can't take the blame wholly. It was also Asus fault for not working with ATI to ensure the GSOD issues was rectified quickly. If you are into the whole 3D thingy then it should be good for you smile.gif

Dude . . . don't drag my butt . . . sounds blush.gif

I will attend the gathering if and only if I'm at M'sia and most importantly I'm at Peninsular. laugh.gif

*
Yeah. Don't know that whether this G73 Jr. can handle the heat or not. hmm.gif

According to Windows Debugging Tool (x64-bit), it probably caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Do you guys have any idea about it? hmm.gif

Upgrading the BIOS will not solve the GSOD. You need to upgrade to 211 BIOS and then flash your vBios to the latest beta in the link I posted to solved the GSOD issue. Did you change anything recently? I've never heard your unit GSOD until now. Stock drivers or latest catalyst?
*
Yea, it happened on me for this past 2 days. Since my Logitech G700? No idea.

However, one of the prob. is the shockwave problem in my Google Chrome browser. It did cause me to BSOD. Currently, I switch to Mozilla Firefox. biggrin.gif I will monitor it first before the flashing of BIOS.
