Depends on whether you prefer the material of NEX-3 or NEX-5
NEX-5 feels more solid and the grip is better defined compared to NEX-3
you should play around with both camera in sonystyle to feel the differences

are you intending to take videos using the NEX? and would you like to have full HD 1080p?
if yes then NEX-5 would be the better choice

i doubt the fisheye converter is included
