Is it auto pay only eligible which the biller name must same with the card holder name???

My 1 long story, applied then rejected, called cs few times then make an appealing...

Just called the CS, my appeal for application is approved!

So envy those who has been approved by OCBC. My card submit on 8/18 until now still under processing.

I have called OCBC CS. They said my status is "Under Processing - Pending Recommendation". I wonder what kind of recommendation they need to approve my card  . The CS lady said she will check with CC Department and get back to me by today. Let see what she can do.

Just received a call from OCBC CS. My pending application problem is cause by my billing address in CC application form is different from the record in their system. Last year I applied OCBC home loan using my old home address, now is new house address. After address is updated, CS ask me to check my application status next week. 

It's a shame they did not call me to reconfirm my address. Instead they choose to left my application on pending recommendation status. 
If I did not call in to complain, I dont know how long do I need to wait. This is my 3rd complain to CS btw.

But appeal for application was e-mail to cap@ocbc.com, they respond quite fast, called me after a day. even in holiday.

The bank response to me quite fast, but the agent ...........

If u send the e-mail to cap@ocbc.com, i think should write the title clearly.
Since so many people send to same e-mail account, hard to make sure is it your mail will send to that person.

I have done on TNB, TM, Astro and DiGi at the respective merchant outlets, not through OCBC.

Looks like those of us (including me) who meet the eligibility criteria for OCBC Titanium MC but still fail in our application have to learn from travelyew - appeal by email to cap@ocbc.com and/or pledge FD? However, he did it before OCBC re-launched their Titanium MC. jack2 and Lara_, can share more? All the best chemistry and kons.
My application history for forumers' analysis:

1. 8 Sept 2010 - Application submitted by email to Lim Tiong Shing @ Johnson Lim <JohnsonLim@ocbc.com> of OCBC Credit Card Department, Unsecured Loans, Mobile: 012-3453683, Office: 03-27833072, Fax: 03-27111098. He telephoned me shortly after I indicated my interest by keying in my mobile at OCBC's website on 6.9.2010.

2. 9 Sept 2010 - Missed out EPF statement in previous day's email - duly forwarded to Johnson.

3. 13 Sept 2010 - Telephoned OCBC to make sure papers are in order. Customer Rep informed that my application is not yet in the system but they will check, she asked for their staff name and my personal details.

4. 18 Sept 2010 - OCBC Customer Rep telephoned to inform that account created - application however is pending recommendation? (not sure). She also added that according to their system, the deadline for OCBC to decide on my application is 24.9.2010.

5. 22 Sept 2010 - Telephoned OCBC to find out status. Still pending approval.

6. 23 Sept 2010 - OCBC Customer Rep telephoned in the evening that application declined by management - reason not known from system.    Also told that I should re-apply AFTER 6 months as otherwise automatically rejected by system.

7. 24 Sept 2010 - Appeal?
If I recall correctly, someone mentioned seeing OCBC booth at 1Utama on 18/19 Sept. Seems that there should be a booth at Fahrenheit 88 as there were many OCBC Titanium buntings (which mentioned free gift) although I could not locate it.

I prefer not to take the risk. I ask them to send to Bukit Damansara branch instead. 

Someone has to try it. But if you do auto billing, you got discount from TM. Assuming u spent RM100 monthly, online payment will only give you RM5 rebate if MCC is correct. Auto billing will give you RM9 (RM4+5%) if MCC is correct.

Same as postpaid bill (like digi) which will give u RM5 rebate for auto billing.

You will not get any rebate for TM auto billing with OCBC Titanium card.
RM2 rebate only for VISA card.

So how about combo package??
