Bro ... I would suggest you to lower your standards to just the regular cards since your income are not really there and you are a 1st timer applicant.
All the banks for the cards you are applying will block your application for a few months should you fail. And these failures will show in your financial history.

There's no shame in getting regular cards for starters. All of us started that way.

What is the requirement for OCBC Titanium?

The 8% rebate for online bill payment is consist of OCBC Titanium credit card 5% rebate + 3% rebate for online bill payment promotion.
5% rebate max limit - RM100 per month until year end
3% rebate max limit - RM200 for whole campaign

So you need RM2000 bill payment to max out 5% limit.
FYI, online bill payment using saving/current account gets only 3% rebate (not 8% rebate).

Is your bill consumption very high? It is really depends on your usage either to go for auto-billing or online payment.
But for TNB, water(although hardly got any difference) and assessment/quit rent is very good rebate for online payment.

But I'm wondering if you have auto-pay for TM, and you pay one day advance before the bill charge (rough estimation, maybe left a couple of ringgit) whether you will still entitled for autobilling discount or not. You get double rebate, ha! But I doubt it will work.

If you already subscribe for TM auto billing, you need to make sure whether you are entitled for RM2 or RM4 rebate (maybe got different tier). If each of your TM bill exceeds RM67 (for TM RM2 rebate) or RM133 (for TM RM4 rebate), pay through OCBC internet banking is better.

In my case, auto billing gimme more.

I cannot guarantee but from my previous experience, I use AMEX auto debit service.
TM rebates RM4 for me every month. I'm not sure why now it is RM2 as advertised, maybe got different package or tier.
Theoretically, you can get the rebate as long as it is auto debit.

I'm just wondering if I signup for Auto-debit (TNB) in this case, I pay using OCBC internet banking 1~2 days before the statement date, probably I can still get the 3% rebate :-)
Just that I'm afraid the TM one might void the auto billing discount if you do so.
I don't think you need to worry, just call CS to double confirm it. Since you have 2 TM bills, if the 3% of amount for each bill doesn't exceed the rebate for auto-billing, auto billing still gives you more. Otherwise, I'm not sure whether the above method will work or not.

Does anybody know if the OCBC Titanium card is a permanent card or a limited edition card? I plan to wait until Budget 2011 announcement, see if the service tax will be waived. I'll only be free to apply probably around end of November.

There's proposal to do so and replace it with a limited number of CC per person; most likely 2 CC.

It's confirmed. Zero interest until 31/12 as long as you pay mininum amount every month.
