QUOTE(Vortexx22 @ May 6 2014, 12:40 AM) When I try to do that on all my SIMs, I get a message that I must be subscribed to a monthly plan before I can do this request QUOTE(vyperz @ May 6 2014, 12:32 AM) Longkang or lobang? 99 or 999? This post has been edited by august8: May 6 2014, 09:31 AM |

Lately I find it difficult to get on to LTE in my area, previously quite easy. I think they may be kicking cheapskate users like C1M and Mi38 off the band to reserve slots and bandwidth for their rich, elite and lots-of-money-to-spend-on-extra-quota customers

QUOTE(MakNok @ May 6 2014, 10:10 AM) Seem C1M/XPAX24 and also Celcom First damn susah to ON4GLTE. With a tablet/smutphone just copy/paste the message and send it countless times to 28882 la, maybe after 20/30 requests in a row the system will take note of your request. Or it may crash allowing free unmetered use of LTE Think have to keep bombarding the request "countless" times before can succeed. Instanet in my case much easier. Looks like this Instanet thing is a good thing eh? So many things can do, so many lobang, so many ways to transform it into a cheetah speed God...maybe even better than C1M! QUOTE(winyap991 @ May 6 2014, 10:13 AM) Keep sending the SMS, maybe every once every few hours. Sometimes their system is a bit siao one. Unless they changed their policy of not allowing prepaid users on their LTE network? I haven't seen any announcement to this effect on their website thoughThis post has been edited by august8: May 6 2014, 10:17 AM |

To value your business with us, we would like to send you a brand new LTE phone to enable you to connect to Malaysia's cheapest and fastest network." I want this SMS!!!QUOTE(MakNok @ May 6 2014, 11:15 AM) cilaka....sms salah atapun code error tak jadi. You ar, the king of lobang and vroom vroom, share some la... hairan macam mana Instanet boleh jadi vrooom vrooom sampai rangkaian FM 5Mhz HotFM 6Mhz |

QUOTE(MakNok @ May 6 2014, 11:44 AM) Dah order instanet pek BARU to double confirm my testing theory lah. Not all Instanet is the same? Different batch different god mode? Lobang mode? I think not all SIMs are affected by the SMS salah thingy leh, some can, some can't. All those super-rahsia APNs tried also already?Instanet saya sakit jiwa. dah try cara "error code aka sms salah" pun macam tak jadi untuk pek lain. hairan. Sekarang saya pun sakit jiwa.... Now lam par par lan.. Haiz!! QUOTE(MakNok @ May 6 2014, 11:54 AM) Ini Prepaid RM68 punya. I really respect you la During goodtimes 3G/4G at less 12Mbps.. then 14.04.2014....Jadi Boat Sewol!! 4G Capped 3G only can jalan but tested on my 313U LTE salah band modem,,hahaha |

QUOTE(MakNok @ May 6 2014, 12:26 PM) whatever APN yang i dapat korek...dah korek....unless underground one...itu belum tahu lagi, You the APN king!!! Wah got limit kah.... adioo...lupa count pulak... instanet berapa bijian celcom first berapa bijian the rest pek satu ja. I dunno whether gomen or individual ISP put limit on prepaid accounts, but I think Celcom allows 10. Rest I don't know. So you can maybe 80 SIMs to play with la, imagine, Connectify will cum in its pants with this number of connections QUOTE(vyperz @ May 6 2014, 01:46 PM) sifu satu satu 3 3 sembilan sembilan agak slow waktu morning and evening la ... any alternative to use on android? My area 139 at all times OK wor...on Android if you wanna keep life simple, maybe look for some sort of dialer software, it's a pain to connect/disconnect/reconnect in Android, I know...so I never do it there...QUOTE(digilife @ May 6 2014, 02:18 PM) I think there are a lot of people out there who want to know how to maintain good speed after quota used up. As long as still can use after exceed quota, that is first priority, then speed, if can up the speed to some insane number. But problem is, with speed comes very large volume data transfer, and do we think Siao is so stupid as not to notice? For me, reasonable speed is enough after exceed quota, I am not supplying master prawn to DVD printer hahaha... |

QUOTE(aztech @ May 6 2014, 03:20 PM) Im using this antennae : I think everyone knows that signal strength will definitely affect wireless performance, experience with WiFi at home/work/kopitiam should tell us that. Not sure where my nearest Cell tower is - i use mdma walking around the house to find the strongest signal spot using the antennae - that's my method to find the direction of my cell tower (which is not that accurate) I will try that UMTS900/2100 later today. Thanks! But using r00ter how can we change that in the router? Your connector cable between the antenna and modem looks quite long, are you sure you are not losing as much signal in the cable as you are pulling from the antenna? Unless yours is the superduper low loss type which will be rather expensive. QUOTE(digilife @ May 6 2014, 03:13 PM) Celcom doesn't use 2600Mhz?This post has been edited by august8: May 6 2014, 03:50 PM |

QUOTE(aztech @ May 6 2014, 03:57 PM) well in theory it should - but im testing using maxis/umobile - the same signal strength (35/36%) I can do 15-20mbps max. Currently on Mi38 - max is 2.8Mbps. I think it's 3M in length - some loss expected I guess the logical conclusion is that Celcom has insufficient bandwidth on its cell towers for the customers it has to support. I noticed this as well, U and Maxis do give better performance than Celcom. But M has much less leakage, whereas C is full of them |
