Last year when new Hotlink prepaid plan came out with free basic internet, I cepat2 go buy an old prepaid pack, then extend 1 year validity for RM33, then switch to new #hotlink plan to enjoy free internet for 1 year without having to top up anything hahaha...

I got the old SIM pack last year in Sept, just after they announced new free basic internet feature so I can get it. Nowadays, not sure if you can still get "old" Hotlink SIM packs or not. I recall reading that new plan cannot subscribe for Validity 365, but not sure whether my memory can be trusted or not, since I am already quite old

XPAX SIM? 183.171.x.x is Celcom external IP bro, you wanna look for your internal Celcom IP, should say so on your modem dashboard connect software, or open a DOS box and type "ipconfig". You should see a number similar to 10.x.x.x, this is your internal IP to Celcom's servers. The second x used to have to be 139 if you wanted to enjoy the goodness of lobang, but members here have said this has been patched.
