Sadly, no, have to use MDMA at least once to do it permanently on modem, then maybe use this. And the author of this software said this is final version, no more updates unless he's got free time from his many personal commitments. Oh ya, I can't even lock it to LTE hahaha...maybe Indonesia doesn't have LTE yet

Any Celcom postpaid user here? I topped up 1GB from 22188 last month but it never arrived (still throttled till quota reset date). Today I bought 100mb just to be safe and again it's not delivered. Both already charged into bill! Arghhhhhhh

you need to ring 1111, or go to celcom forum to lodge report or proceed to any celcom blue cube to lodge report

surprisingly celcom 3G is doing not bad now,..

plus it is more user friendly on coverages wise since LTE is 2600MHz band in my area is very weak signal , can't able to detect stable connection when using LTE 2600MHz on the move
