I'm planning on getting SGS2 with Celcom Exec 50 + Celcom Broadband mAdvance soon. So for 12 months contract the upfront payment I need to pay is RM1618 right? no other/additional fees I need to pay at the point of purchase, no? Since I'm working at Singapore, I need to know how to roam for 3G there? how much I need to pay?

aren't u on broadband with standard rate of wat u chose in de initial application of broadband or r u on mobile internet?

umm, I'm not on mobile internet. I'm using the RM48 broadband package

broadband package and they charged you over till rm100? u got de bill and see what do they charge u for? else go shoot them in celcom center...

or de rm48 pakej got t&c saying after de quota there wud be extra charges for every kb downloaded? did u read de t&c?

^Nah, I don't think its the quota. I've always reached the quota in just a day, then surf for the rest of the month while capped as usual.

can anybody pls teach me how to set celcom broadband to only connect to 3g/ hspd connection with a dongle given by celcom?

bloody useless dongle always suddenly half way connection from 3g/hspd change to edge connection and den will never change back to 3g/hspd,

are u using mobile partner?

if yes, Tools>Option>Network>choose only WCDMA

i'm using celcome broadband manager and i cannot change the setting in Tools>Option>Network at all

try to disconnect your current connection, then try again. you should be able to. when u are in the middle of connection, changing network mode would be disabled.
