just talk to sa..
he confirm that earthwork for z res will stopped until 27th which then dbkl will reveal the technical details of the ikram report..
at the same time, they are doing minor work to enhance the safety of the whole area..
if everythings goes well, then earthwork will resume after the dbkl briefing on 27th...which will benifits all ppl...

rainz & seedz nt yet start work..not sure if rainz can get permit anot..
kiara is over the other end near lrt...
z res is near to the shopplots..so they take initiative to beautify the area at this end..

Regarding to Rainz residents, i think will take more time and energy to get their permit to kick start the project. If Rainz residence cannot get the permit, it will make all the ZR buyers more suffer, because the ZR was depending Rainz to connect the access road from Z to Kiara.

Now, ZR developer propose to create one more access road is a good step...oso can said is the last step what are they can do it for ZR. But, one again the ZR oso need to fright with OUG Parklane residents to access to Jalan Puchong during peak hours.

IMO, for all developments withing this area, ZR is in the worst location.

most new development will separate out the car park price from the unit price..
the reason being, car park lot will be build 1st..so they can claim the full amt of the cark park $$ from bank..
its not a big deal..
even if next time u wanna sell off ur unit, the car park price can still be evaluated by bank..

the loan rate from the bank shud be the same blr-2.4..
some can give u blr-2.5 on 1st year bt that makes little difference..
