yes..hsbc say can confirm me 2.4..take islamic can get 20% discount for stamp duty..
hlb also 2.4, n can fight for me for 2.45...
i still waiting for the final LO before decide..

sorry yeah..
going to ask a noob question (since 1st time buying house)..
when we pay 5k to the lawyer for booking (since canot pay to developer as they not yet get AP), they (the lawyer) can cashed the cheuque de ah..?
i jz check my acct, the 5k chueque has been cleared..

not panel bank also can apply..just that the approval might take abit longer coz they need to check the documentation of the proj..
smmore not that their panel bank got absorb the legal fees..

just get a call from pbb...mention that my loan alredy approved...
but they only offer me loan amt of 90% after minus the 3% discount...and not 90% of full purchase price...
mean i need to fork out extra 15k...
