Gather all the neighbour in your area to sign a petition to protest against it, make it a big fuss. Organize a peaceful demostration with other people in front his house to demand justice for the dog. Im willing to join if its on monday, my only off day... Can ask k member to come also, if anyone willing la

TS, if there are more witnesses, you all can go lodge a police report. Ask the SPCA to come along too, i.e. if they want to. Maybe with a police report, they can then take the dog away. With the SPCA there, the police also might be more inclined to move faster on this.

Don't care about his family members (if have) also... all Coldblood ppl

Problem with police report is, are there any news to protect the dog from abuse? And with our police mentality, will they take this matter seriously
