For Sephira owners, some work may have started already. I just got back from a site visit (haha, if you can actually call it that) ... the perimeter is boarded up now. Guess they're clearing the land, saw lorries in the "boarded up" areas. 

The sales person told me that the next 10% probably will be requested from your financiers in about 2 months.
