No need to step down as GM lar... Since GM and officers also same power one...

What we really need is to identify the proper ranks in the guild. As in 'initiate' and 'member', then there's 'veteran'... I'm not exactly sure what's the difference?

Also we currently also have no proper guideline as to when to promote a member...

Lastly, we have too little guild activities! Let's make it a habit to get a group screenshot at the last hour of every Tuesday night before maintenance!

yea more activities organize by officers will do. perhaps raid or something.. GM n officers to me are the same.. so chill zenith.
