QUOTE(Kent3888 @ Sep 28 2010, 08:33 PM) Thanks..... first few times, I put it in the pouch, after that.... juz throw in only.... haha, unless u put in bag with other stuff la, if you hav a designated padded pocket for it, y the hassle of the cheapskate pouch, not like the Nikon's pouch at all......, can juz dump in watever bag Nice 7 is nice.... 8 & 9 like a bit noisy or is my eyes? lol..... hmmm... Thanks, I think like this before. No point covering it with the pouch since the bag itself already provide protection right ? Haha !

Hi guys. Have you guys experience the lens zoom out by it's own weight ? Mine is still OK but you can feel the weight pressing down when zooming out.
How to make it tighter ?

QUOTE(celciuz @ Oct 1 2010, 01:54 PM) It happens on lens like 18-200mm, but 18-105 don't have this. This is called zoom creep. Err, you mean if you face the lens to the top, when zoom out harder to zoom but zoom in easier right? Its the same on my 70-200 also lah lol. LOL Hi-5. Mine's seems lose. Makes me kinda worried it'll fall down by its own weight. Any ways to make it, err... tighter ?

QUOTE(project-o @ Oct 2 2010, 11:04 PM) Anyway... since we are on the topic of vignetting, I don't think it is that much of a problem as before as most newer DSLRs have built in vignetting correction. Really ? Mind to explain more about this feature ? Thanks.

QUOTE(project-o @ Oct 2 2010, 11:24 PM) The other name used is Peripheral Illumination Correction the camera automatically corrects the darkened corners based on the lens data in the firmware. Canon EOS 550D and higher have it, Nikon D5000 or higher have it. D3100 yes... D3000 I'm not sure. Thanks for the info. Sadly D3000 doesn't have this feature.

QUOTE(celciuz @ Oct 3 2010, 09:34 AM) New crop sensor from Nikon, definitely curious to see how it actually performs. Have seen some on the internet and the samples were impressive. I heard about RM1.8k~RM1.9k. How much is body only ?

QUOTE(celciuz @ Oct 3 2010, 10:34 AM) Right, the new processor too! Previously Expeed is used only in the higher range DSLR, but this time seems like even the entry levels are equipped with Expeed 2 processor. I don't think the entry levels are sold body only in Malaysia. Gahhh... I just saw in dpreview, USD$499 for body only in the US. 499.00 USD = 1,540.66 MYR Kinda cheap. Too tempting liao
