Wanna ask you all, what this tiny blots appearing in/on my C-PL? I can't seem to wipe them off with cloths. I think it's between the rotating rim and the filter thread. Is that fungus? Or just dust stuck in between?

Hmm... later show me ur pics ya =)
D3000 is quite good already.
A proper path way... i personally suggest that u use entry level and play ur way up...
But some may say u should go for D5000, D90 or wait for D3100...
Haha... lots of path way to follow...
Personally i own a D3000 and D5000
both also good dslr...

+1Thanks for the information learned smth new...haha drool.gif ...so i gt UV filter enough , m i right?

IMHO, as long as the environment is dry, shouldn't be a problem-lah. You can even put the camera in the original retail box but with some silica gels.

If for protection, yes... UV is good enough... Its cheap and can protect ur lens.
But if u want more... u can get CPL... but CPL is more expensive than UV, but
put ur cpl first then only UV at the outer layer.
this is so so wrong..cpl doesn't mean for more protection...and putting cpl and then uv are going to degrade your pic so so badly...

CPL cuts almost 1 stop of light away, no point using CPL everywhere.

Spam here too xD,

Unless you photography landscape a lot, or else just get a UV. Try to save up for a lens hood, it's pretty useful. smile.gif
