1.what if the seller do not settle the quit rent and assessment ?
2.Will the lawyer instruct the seller to settle before transfering name to the buyer ?
3. What if seller still dont want to settle ?
4. Do I need to check the quit rent and assessment before sign anything?
5. Any other precaution about the seller loan payment ? What if he did not pay for certain months ? Will I know if the house will get auctioned off ?
