End of this year or even early next year is a bit too soon. They will be killing the sales of galaxy s. Probably announcement by year end, then availability mid next year. That should give the sgs a one year life span.

2G processor was introduce 1 yr ago, but still no one dare to try it . hope it can overcome the over heating problem.

We must remember that to make a phone requires more than just the processor (altho that is the most important part), there is also other thing to consider for manufacturers ie battery life, heat, UI etc. Making all thes things work together is important to make a complete and compelling product. From a business point of view, they also need to recoup what they have spent on R&D in current phones. I know that Samsung spends millions on R&D and will unlikely to have the SGS eclipsed by a better model so soon. The way I look at it the "monster" phone will be out earliest middle of 2011, most likely end of 2011.

completely agree with u.. no way they wud release such a fone so early in the year when the galaxy S is doing so well.. its juz gonna eat into the sales of the Galaxy S.
