in my opinion, i think all got con just continue and submit whatever it takes to the police station and follow up all the time, never stop and dun let him have another chance. BUT if chan wai hoe can settle the amount of 10k within 2-3 days, i think all shud just put it as sticky for awareness to all new trader, not to punish him wit justice. raising amount like 10k within 2-3 days will be great pain in the ass.

I noticed, each and every conman, when they know they are in deep trouble, only they will start initiate refund.

How about this time, you guys don't wait for the refund, and bring him to court? This will serve as a warning for any future conman to think twice whether they will have chance to refund or not.

This case has drag on far too long, and yes, it becoming free-loan interest payment, even with 0.25%, he still earned more lenient 'service' than loan shark. HE should not be forgiven even with intention of refunding.

Ultimately, it's victim decision to proceed with it or not, which I hope you don't let him run free even after refund.
