i felt that if he is willing to refund and felt regret it's okay for me

he ask me to pay half n he'll send de item to
after receiving

i trusted him

skip all thhose crap

the point is he return me those money

to conman, you are the easiest victim to tackle at.. becoz u can just forgive him after he refunded your money. yah.. to you, as long as he refunded the money, then you dun feel that you got cheated.

not to other victims thoough.. especially there is alot of victims, i seriously thinks that IT IS NOT OK FOR HIM TO REFUND AND SAY SORRY...
even when you are a kid and you caught cheating/stealing/bluffing your parents, you get canned right? if you didnt, you are one hell of a lucky dude.
