Getting Started

I need some comments and advise for my training below, feel free to comment.
Stat: Age : 20 Height : 175 cm
Current weight: 90kg +/-
tOday workout: i) push up 30times, 20 times then 10times. ii) inclined press 50times, 30times then 20 times. iii) dips 50times, 30times then 20 times
then, i) tricep 21,15 times ii) bicep 21,15 times iii)shoulder 21,15 times
And i nid advise on daily meal, i wan to cut down my fat, and slim down, and build up some muscle.

Hie there. First of all, do you go to the gym for your workouts? What is your aim for now? Cutting or bulking? But seeing your current weight, I would assume you would want to cut right? So go for full body workout. Get a starter program. Look at the stickies posted or search at www.bodybuilding.com Get the correct programme for your workouts so that you can achieve optimal gain. On your daily meals, try posting your daily meals first and we would comment on it.

dont cut down meals severely.. if ur trying to build ur body, meals must not be cut down.. otherwise it's the same as running a car without petrol..
