First of all, do you go to the gym for your workouts? What is your aim for now? Cutting or bulking? But seeing your current weight, I would assume you would want to cut right? So go for full body workout. Get a starter program. Look at the stickies posted or search at www.bodybuilding.com
Get the correct programme for your workouts so that you can achieve optimal gain.
