I need some comments and advise for my training below, feel free to comment.
Stat:
Age : 20
Height : 175 cm
Current weight: 90kg +/-
tOday workout:
i) push up 30times, 20 times then 10times.
ii) inclined press 50times, 30times then 20 times.
iii) dips 50times, 30times then 20 times
then,
i) tricep 21,15 times
ii) bicep 21,15 times
iii)shoulder 21,15 times
And i nid advise on daily meal, i wan to cut down my fat, and slim down, and build up some muscle.
