Open restaurant in Malaysia, Halal and non halal

Hello!
I'm foreigner studying in Malaysia. My friends and I want to open a small restaurant to introduce our country's food. But we dont know how to apply to Malaysia GOV and what papers we have to prepare. Anybody can help? |

it's easier for you to get a local biz partner. so all process will be smoother with local name in the documentation

at my place there is a philippines food store they sell nice foods inside cainis hawker center 8.50 1 set but naisee his wife can speak hokkien maybe u need a local wife
