The solution is simple.

1. Spray some water directly to the bumped areas
2. Iron it slowly directly (no cloth needed since it is the EPL senscilia material).

Heard from forumers that old NNs are harder to apply and might have expired, did u face such issues?

To be honest, the main issue is with the MetroSports products, not so much with SportingID products. For example there's 2 productions of the 05-07 England Home NN, both MetroSports and SportingID was licensed to produce them. Expired ones are usually the MetroSports version. Metrosports was bought over by SportingID few years back, so theoretically newer batches of PU NN should not have such problems, assuming SportingID continue using the "better" glue, material and production methods. (Correct me if im wrong on these "history")

However, many other factors need to be taken into account as well, like weather, storage condition etc. So it is still advisable not to apply NN that is a few years old. If you still need to push on it, get it done using a proper heat press machine and not using the DIY way of iron and board. Even then there's still risk to it.

The AC Milan nameset is made by Stilscreen from Italy. Their nameset is very good and very very easy to DIY apply.

Okay, assuming i do get the spain 2006 nameset, would that be under sportingID or metrosports? I'm using heat press machine to apply.

Adidas NN by themselves are problematic, even the 2008-2010 ones have problem with difficulty peeling. I cant answer as i never deal with the 2008 one to be honest.
