Anyway, the thing is that my aunt bought me this jersey from Weston 2 weeks ago. I have not received it till today where i found out that the NN has lumps and bumps even when its so new. So, my question is how can i flatten these bumps on my NN? I tried flipping it back and iron it flat but it wont work.  I hope some of you can advise me on this issue. Thanks!
