Hi......I bought this jersey last week. After I got home, I noticed on its tag that the NIKE FIT DRY wording is a bit peeled off. Which step is better to make it sticks again? Iron behind the tag or just apply glue?

What you meant tag is sizing info near the collars right?

To be honest, the NIKE FIT DRY wording shouldn't be a concern because it's hidden... inside the jersey when you're wearing it. But if you want to fix it, there are 2 ways.

1. Terbalikkan the jersey and iron press beneath it
2. Cover the sizing info near the collars with a plain cloth and iron on top of it.

Very easy to fix.

rEds, that guy is just asking a question so be patient a bit..if he comes and complain about Nike have poor quality coz of this peeling, and condemn Nike, then i would think the same way as you la laugh.gif

xofyls, like Faiz said, just iron from behind/not directly..but i wouldnt be too concerned as well. sometimes i accidentally ironed that part when ironing my shirt or ironing the NN from behind, and it rubs off a bit..besides, its part of wear and tear of wearing a jersey coz that area rubs the back of the neck constantly.

Thanks a lot bros, I will do exactly like you all are suggesting. Glad that there is an alternative way besides using glue because I still can't find the wessbond glue yet. I still havent worn the jersey yet, just thought maybe, maybe I need to repair it first, so that the wording stays longer and not gone after just one, two wash. Thank you very much guys!!

Japan just launched their new jersey earlier this year and normally national teams use their kits for 2 years. So I do not think they are changing their jersey anytime soon. Unless they are changing kit maker.

Cheers man, wasn't sure about it given that almost all clubs are changing their kit design every season...it's so costly to buy club jerseys nowadays...

as i can say the current jersey as they wear on the world cup & AFC games is very nice & unique in design. for me it worth to get it as casual wear or collection, bcoz i have both home & away as well biggrin.gif

if u talking abt japanese club team, it really rare & hard to get 1, but u still can manage to find it on ebay. of coz the price is cost a lot as other member here mention sweat.gif cheers

not really new, just an updated version. Just like how Italy updated their jersey in 2006 from 3 to 4 stars.

About the badge, I am not entirely convinced.

IINM Spain home and away newer batch comes with the 1 star, since they are using it as such for the Euro12 qualifiers at the moment. But as for the FIFA Cup Champions Badge, i have not seen the team use it, nor any release in the market. the Ultraman badge series is released in 2008 onwards for FIFA related tournaments (FIFA WC champions or FIFA Club World Cup Champions ), so we are still not clear if even the badge is produced, will it be applicable for Spain's shirt at the moment since FIFA and EUFA is under different governing body (now only playing for Euro12).

But the shirt was spotted in Adidas shop u say? did u happen to take pics?

Looks like the real deal there mate, the new Spain home and away kits. No official news of the release as yet.

However, am not sure about the placing of the WC winners patch though, as from the pic, the number would be in the middle, and does not look proportionate as well. Better for the number on the left and the patch in the middle. Need to see official release pics before we know for sure though.

i think it's not official jersey for spain..The current spain jersey is until 2012...so maybe until the euro 2012, then there will be a new jersey for spain?? But this jersey quite weird for me, The colour combination is looks like the romania and the wc champion patch's alignment is in the right hand side? does it suppose in the middle? From the past, Italy, Man utd, Barcelona

But I wonder that why can you found that in the adidas shop sweat.gif If the WC champion is having a new jersey, the adidas not suppose do a fully plus to advertise for it??

just my 2 cents smile.gif
