Is alright for having cheat day. But don't do it quite often. Once a week should be fine.

If you're busy and had no time for gym, you should have workout from home. A simple dumbell workout, push up and etc will do. At least it is better than nothing bro.

There is no short cut to losing weights. You have to make plenty of sacrifices during your journey. Instead of finding an easy way out, why not leave your comfort zome and head out to the gym or etc. Start exercising and always remember to eat healthily as well. No point of you exercising everyday but consume all the junk by end of the day.

Don't rush in losing weight. Just take it slow and steady. Btw, you're doing great progress here. Keep it up.

At least you're doing great progress bro. I know the feeling of admiring your own body after a long hard workout. The feeling is great and priceless.

hehe..
thanks bro..

this week is kinda my cheat week..  sad.gif
no time to go to gym..
im starting to eat cheat food like rice(mom cooking)
but only small portion..
and drinking a lot of water..
aLOT..
i cant wait for next week..
renew my gym membership and start to run, cycle, lift!

Instead of having one "cheat week", I would suggest you to cut down to one "cheat day per week" else you're exercising aimlessly when by the end of the day, you'll just add those extra fats bro. Anyway, keep us updated on your progress bro.

if you can plan your time well, go for intense sporting activities such as badminton or basketball.
some people prefer doing yoga which is good also.
if possible, drive less and walk more la. will help to lose weight also, have you seen this Osim uWalk device before? http://www.osim.com/MY/product/uwalk.aspx

Instead of taking the escalator or lift, I would seriously recommend you taking the stairs. During my internship, I worked at the 18th floor. I'll usually take the lift to the 8th floor, and start running up to 18th floor. By the time I arrived at my 18th floor, I am already panting. This is seriously a good workout for those who worked in corporate buildings.
