Mark, u shouldnt FORGET arms and abs mate, they're equally as important. FOCUS more on chest, back and shoulders, but ALWAYS REMEMBER that your arms, abs and portions below the waist also need to be worked on, they wont just turn lean by themselves. They do need attention too, just not as much compared to the 3 bigger parts.
Work those abs baybeh, u wont regret it!

i agree with u, but arms workout wont make u tired so much compare to other 3 major muscle. thats y i recommend him to focus more to 3 major muscle.

hell yes no need to forget arms. once u do chest and back muscle, u already do ur minor workout for your arm. abs workout 7 minutes is enough. eheheh. i only do abs workout once a week. i read pull up workout already work on your abs too.

17% fat of the calculation. aiyo. need to reduce 3-5%.

i think your weight is not reduce so much recently because of maybe ur muscle weight increase but your fat also reduce, so u wont see so much different in term of weight. but all u can see is your body shape. is it still flabby or more muscular now? take a pic, so u can prove to your friend. (this is as a backup plan if u lose the bet. ehehehe)

I understand that why many people mentioned to have 5 to 6 meals a day because to avoid the body to go into starvation mode, where the body will sort of going lower metabolism rate to ensure the brain and the heart have enough energy to function in longer period. It will still lose fat but until certain stage, you will start to lose muscle mass. Hence, the idea of spread out your meal throughout the day in order to inform our body that we are not in starvation and keeps our metabolism going.

But it's all depend on individual though. The best way is go for calories deficit per day (Not to extreme). Plan your meal sequence properly. That is why losing weight by starving yourself will work for a while but screw up when you start eating again.

So as for me, I'd say there is not necessary to have 5 to 6 meals per day in order to lose weight.

good point there. starving is not the good way to lose weight. well balance food and know what u eat.
