does drinking protein shakes helps in weight loss while building muscle ?
*
Protein shakes + Training = Muscle reproduction/recovery = Higher metabolism over time = Higher fat burning rate
Got it? flex.gif

Thanks man!

So I should just continue with the program.

Another thing, I woke up with sore feeling only chest and shoulder today. Do I wait until the sore feeling is gone before I start with the weights again? Because I don't think I can lift any weights with this feeling...
*
Your training was targeted at your chest and shoulder, what did u expect!? Listen, u can still do weights for your lower body or back. At the beginning, you're definitely gonna feel sore after every workout the next morning, and this is one of the factors that make people drop out early when it comes to setting their minds to go into "I wanna workout to loose weight"ust mode. But trme, give it a couple of weeks and your body will be accustomed to it and you're gonna feel FRESH every morning. Cheers
And btw buddy, don't THINK a lot, just go ahead and do it. You'll be surprised how much more you can do if you have the right mindset.. icon_rolleyes.gif

since i have this craving tomorrow, i might have nasi lemak ayam goreng and telur for breakfast

but i have planned for meal tomorrow since sunday i don't workout

Breakfast
-Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng + Telur
-Teh ais?

Lunch
-Protein shake
-One apple
-sayur... sayur everywhere

Dinrar
-Sayur... sayur everywhere
good idea?

cheat meal, but still want to do calorie deficit

btw my maintenance is around 1300 sad.gif

Having a "craving" is not an excuse. Use your common sense if you wanna do calorie counting! Sure, your MIGHT still maintain it under 1300 calories with your meal plan above, but use your head when it comes to making decisions man. Would u rather eat 1000 calories of food stuffed with oil/fats/sugar, or would u rather the same amount of calories on something healthier? shakehead.gif

I'll make this simple for you.

Now these ate the basics to eating properly and leading a good diet. Read more articles on the net and keep asking yourself "why should I do this and not that?" and you'll find it more satisfying having to be able to figure out a healthy meal plan

Anyway, I do propose the idea of having 5 meals a day, at least la 5 meals and eat in a small portion, and healthy food. It helps in losing weight also and certainly, you'll get a better health. At least it works for me smile.gif
