Getting Started

|
Okay i'm gonna touch on a very subjective matter which is how many workouts (and sets per workout) is good enough for working out the arms.
I train my biceps and triceps on the same day and I do 3 workouts with 3 sets each. I've found this to be the best way for me to train my arms because anything more that I do turns out to be overtraining and doesn't get the job done as well.
But what about you guys? Do you place your biceps/triceps workouts after your chest/tricep/back? Or do you pair them together on a specific day and deal with minimum sets and workouts?
I'm just looking to switch around and experiment.

bicep and tricep just small muscle group 3 exercise 3 set is enough to train them. I just train them for 2 exercise 3 set. because I combine it with chest and back. So no time to put so much exercise in 1 session.
My plan: Chest + bicep + abs Back + tricep + forearm
